Take a look at some of our recent projects to see what we have done and the inspiration behind it.

We are lucky enough to be working on some amazing projects in UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East and look forward to showcasing more of them in the coming months.

01 Sitia Bay Resort

Sitia Bay will be a stunning new luxury spa and golf resort on the beautiful Greek island of Crete.

We created an elegant logo and content managed website to allow our client to showcase the unique location and qualities of the development to potential investors. The full screen imagery and hide content button allowed us to make the most of some beautiful imagery.

02 One Property Solution

One Property Solution (OPS), a new Dubai-based real estate agency, came to Kingsland Linassi to create a name and identity for the company and position them in this rapidly changing marketplace.

A bold and contemporary brand was created for clear standout in this crowded sector. We ensured their offer was seen as a truly all-encompassing real estate service driven by individuals with global experience and local knowledge.

We created a clean website with content management system that enables OPS to keep content fresh and up-to-date. We also created a full set of stationery elements, as well as corporate folders, service inserts and usage guidelines.

The second phase of the website build will involve integrating estate agency software Reapit.

We continue to work with the client to build their profile in the region.

03 Firle Place

One of England's finest private country estates needed a brand to, not only reinforce the centuries of heritage, but help develop a successful commercial offer. It is this success that will ensure the estate continues to flourish for another 500 years.

We produced an elegant image inspired by an early representation of the Gage family shield. Its simple elegance allows for contemporary applications that complement the Gage family's vision for the estate. The brand and new website pave the way for other business ventures that Kingsland Linassi will help bring to market over the next few years.

Since its launch, the website has attracted a huge number of visitors and increased wedding and photo shoot enquiries by over 10 times the average amount for the time of year. A great return on investment.

04 Dolphin Capital Investors

Dolphin Capital Investors are the leading investor in the residential resort sector in south-east Europe and the largest real estate company on AIM in terms of Net Assets.

As an existing client, they came to us when they had a need to merge three of their most luxurious developments into one investment opportunity - The Porto Heli Collection.  Aimed primarily at investors, they wanted a website that had a corporate feel but maintained the luxurious and exclusive nature of the developments.

We created a website that detailed each of the elements making up this fantastic opportunity and showed some of the beautiful location imagery we commissioned of the area. Content is controlled by a simple to use content management system allowing all the information to be kept up-to-date by the client themselves.

05 ISG Jackson Community Engagement

We have designed and built an Online Community Engagement Tool (OCET) for ISG Jackson, one of the East of England's largest construction companies and part of the ISG Group.

The OCET enables ISG Jackson to keep the communities in which they operate informed on all site activity and provides a point of contact direct to the project teams so that any questions or concerns can be raised directly with those on site. This is particularly important for ISG Jackson as the project means working on an occupied school and there is a real need to keep parents, neighbours and the wider community better and more regularly informed.

OCET features a fully updatable build schedule that automatically updates the information shown on the homepage - this includes current build schedule information and any disruption notices. There is also the option to register on the site for updates on latest news and any disruption notices. This allows for the quick distribution of information to those signed up by sending mass emails as soon as the information is available.

For more information on OCET, please go to the engagement section of this website.

06 Venus Rock

Branding for Europe's largest luxury beachfront residential development.

We were approached to brand this stunning development situated on the beautiful island of Cyprus.

With the well established and highly regarded Aphrodite Hills as neighbours, we needed to establish Venus Rock as the most exclusive address on the island.

With inspiration taken from its the location next to the birthplace of Aphrodite and the Botticelli masterpiece The Birth of Venus, we created a luxury brand to firmly press home the exclusivity of this development, one that will become the birthplace of a new luxury for Cyprus.

We continue to work with the client to sell the dream and most importantly, the beautiful residences on offer.

07 Andrew Hendry Photographer

Formerly New Century Pictures, Andrew Hendry approached Kingsland Linassi to work out the best way forward for his brand.

The original name created a sense of scale to his business that wasn't necessary. Having been in the industry a number of years and with a loyal client base, it was Andrew, rather than New Century Pictures, that was the reason for the success of the business and why those clients return time
and again.

We created a new Andrew Hendry brand, stationery and website that all do justice to his photography. The website features a hide menu button to allow you to view clean images of the photography and a simple content management system so he can keep the images fresh and the content
up-to-date.

08 One Athens

The most iconic office building in one of the most sought after addresses in the city of Athens is to be transformed into spectacular luxury apartments.

Set atop a hill with breathtaking views over the city of Athens to the front and dramatic pine tree covered hills to the rear, we created a brand to not only capture the exclusivity of the development, but also its stunning city location. At one with the city, at one with nature.

09 The Little Ice Cream Co.

A little company with big plans.

The Little Ice Cream Company approached Kingsland Linassi to create a brand that would establish them as a recognised high street name and enable a fast roll-out across the East of England.

We created a brand and exterior and interior scheme to create an established feel to the business that had customers instantly asking where their other outlets could be found in the UK - a great start.

We provided a kit of exterior and interior elements that enabled the client to quickly open new outlets and produced a 'Scoop Shop' sub-brand for the smaller takeaway offering.

10 The Malkai

We were thrilled to be asked by the client to continue our involvement
in this amazing project having created the initial launch book at our
previous agency.

Now, some two years since the spectacular launch brochure and website were produced, we are working on a series of projects to further establish The Malkai as the region's most exclusive residential development. With the current economic climate and understandable changes in buyers' attitudes, messages need to be more focussed and work harder for the sales team. We relish that challenge.

11 ISG Jackson

Having worked with ISG Jackson for many years, they again approached us to create a scheme to brighten up their headquarters reception area.

As one of the East of England's largest construction companies and with an extremely impressive building, the existing reception was a bit of a disappointment. We created a 3m x 1.5m mural as the main focus for the space. Each panel can be replaced to ensure the projects featured are always the latest and most significant projects. The corporate blue was used as a feature wall and new contemporary frames were introduced to showcase the company's awards.

We are currently working on a number of supporting projects to revitalise the headquarters as well as other communication projects.

12 Trindle Rymer Irens

Trindle Rymer Irens were setting up a new London Estate Agency business based in some of the most sought-after postcodes in the capital.

They wanted a brand to reflect the old fashioned service and values they were bringing back to the business. A more personal face-to-face approach that had been lost during the boom years.

We created a classic contemporary brand inspired by the designs of the nineteenth century architect, furniture and textile designer William Morris, to support the service and values Trindle Rymer Irens were bringing back into their business.

The company website incorporates property information from the standardised estate agency software provider Reapit and presents it seamlessly within the pages of the site, while a separate content management system allows the partners to keep the company information fresh. The exterior and interior design creates a kit of parts that can sympathetically and consistently brand other offices as the business expands throughout London.
